Manufacturing a variety of Gleason bevel gears, Graessner was founded in 1955.

During the 1970s, the development and production of a standard range of bevel gearboxes was successfully introduced.

During the 1980s and 1990s, focus was giving to designing customized gearboxes.

Today MS-Graessner manufactures high quality bevel gears and gearboxes for high torque, low noise, and precision requirements utilizing own engineering and special grinding technologies (UMC = universal motion concept, gear tooth quality 5).
