Modern angular transmission drives of today need to be quick, quiet, reliable and sustainable. Above input speeds of more than 2000 rpm, the stress and performance requirement is very high. As leader in bevel gear technology, MS-GRAESSNER also sets standards here and offers a perfectly adapted PowerGearHS gearbox for use in many applications up to 8500 rpm. The single-stage gearbox offers with a housing different transmission ratio variants. The new improved bearing technique and optimized Gleason gearing technology with a high load capacity and noise optimized design guarantee high precision, high speed and this with a long operating life.
Various industries such as machine tools, e-motive or rapid handling systems that employ high-speed gearboxes require couplings, motor flanges or solid shafts at their input. PowerGearHS satisfies this demand. The output via solid or hollow shafts as well as variable transmission ratios allows a flexible installation with an optimal operating point. Depending on the transmission ratio and construction type, the gearbox allows input speeds from 2000 to 8500 rpm.
