Automation requires flexibility. In order to realise this optimally and as comprehensively as possible, a high degree of precision and mobility is required in the smallest possible space. This is where the DynaGear HR two-stage angular gearbox opens up completely new areas of application while maintaining the same high performance. The reasons for this are its short, narrow and therefore space-saving construction, its outstanding flexibility thanks to many designs, sizes and transmission ratio variants, as well as its very smooth running due to the planetary pre-stage and the hypoid gearing on the output.
The gearboxes are lubricated with a fully synthetic gear oil and a special grease as lifetime lubrication. The gearbox and planetary pre-stage are thus practically maintenance-free. As an option, lubrication approved for foodstuffs can be realised. Furthermore, the drive flanges and shafts can be supplied in stainless steel and the housing in an anodised version on request.
